All of our marine specialized products and services have certificates from reputable international classification organizations such as Vietnam Register (VR), China Classification Society (CCS), Det Norske Veritas (DNV), Nippon Kaiji Kyokai (NK), Germanischer Lloyd (GL), and American Bureau of Shipping (ABS). 2. Technical services

There is a team of technical staff and skilled workers trained domestically and internationally, knowledgeable about the laws, regulations, norms and standards of Vietnamese and foreign registers and international conventions on safety maritime codes such as Solas, LSA Code, FSS Code, can meet all needs for consulting services ,installation and maintenance of radio equipment, fire protection, life-saving - firefighting, Fixed firefighting systems on ships, with premises and specialized equipment, are recognized and certified by Viet Nam Register.

- In particular, HOANG MINH MARINE COMPANY is the leading unit in providing services: installation, maintenance and repair of marine electronic equipment, fire protection systems on ships.

- Providing GMDSS system inspection services for ships, under the authorization of VIETNAM REGISTER (VR).
- Providing inspection services and issuance of Shore-Based Maintenance certificates for GMDSS systems on ships under the authorization of the VIETNAM REGISTER (VR), IBS, PMDS.
- Authorized to provide annual testing service (APT) for VDR/SVDR
- Providing installation and repair services for fire protection systems (such as walls, ceiling, fire doors, fireproofing).
- Providing inspection and maintenance services for life-saving and fire-fighting equipment.

- Measure noise levels on ships according to QCVN 80. :2014/BGTVT and IMO MSC.337(91).

- Measure main engine power during long distance testing to calculate energy efficiency-EEDI.

- Measure shaft torsional vibrations during long-distance testing as required in Chapter 8, Part 3 of QCVN 21:2015/BGTVT.

- Measure the sound pressure level of the fixed fire detection and alarm system.
